Our Coordinated Services Program offers senior citizens 60 years and older a wide variety of services. One phone call to our office is your direct linkage to services and information available in Hawaiʻi County, such as: Determining your particular needs; Making referrals to appropriate resource agencies or providing assistance to follow-up on your particular needs; Providing you with information about programs and services; Issuing the County Kupuna Card which offers discounts from various business establishments; and Providing you with other key services, such as in­-home chore (which includes light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning, cooking, shopping assistance, personal care, running errands, escort, etc.), transportation, friendly visiting, letter reading/writing, translating/interpreting, counseling, financial affairs, housing assistance, client advocacy and outreach activities.
