Pavilion Rentals

The Department of Parks & Recreation offers pavilion rentals for day use at many beach parks and inland parks. Pavilion rental permits must be obtained in advance and may be purchased in-person at the locations listed below. Pavilion rentals cannot be made online or by phone.

Please Note: All rental permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis according to availability at each location. We do not hold reservations prior to payment.

Pavilion Rental Fees

Picnic Pavilion rental fees for non-benefit group activities:

a. Rental Fee = $25 per day or $50 per day with kitchen use (if applicable)
b. Security Deposit = $50 per pavilion and $25 Key Deposit (if applicable)

Pana‘ewa Rainforest Zoo Large Pavilion rental fees for non-benefit group activities:

a. Rental Fee = $50 per day
b. Security Deposit = $100 per day

Methods of Payment

Refunds

a. Requests for refunds for pavilion permits must be made no less than two business days prior to use date.

b. Applicant must submit their permit copy before a refund can be processed.

c. A refund check is mailed to the applicant within approximately two to three weeks of the cancellation.

d. In the event the Director or the Director’s duly designated representative cancels any reservation, all rental fees, bonds, and deposits advanced shall be returned to the person making the reservation, without interest, and the Director shall inform such person of the cancellation as soon as possible.
